Identification Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit of CAD $50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

  • Check-out  –  11:30 AM or as agreed
  • Payment  –  may be by credit card (3% charge applies), eTransfer or for international transactions use Transferwise.com or wire transfer ($15 bank charge).
    Fees for pets, extra beds and optional meals are not included in the total cost and are payable during your stay.
  • FREE CANCELLATION  –  up to 14 days before arrival. After that, cancellation means 50% of the reservation price is refunded. From the day of arrival, no refund is provided.
  • Prepayment policy  –  Reservation payment is made before arrival while extras are handled on site.
  • Pets  –  Pets are allowed. Charges apply.
  • Internet Wi-Fi  –  Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
  • Parking  –  Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
  • Children and Extra Bed Policy  –  Children of all ages are allowed.
  • Children 11 and under  –  stay for free when using an existing bed.
  • Extra bed  –  People no matter the age stay for CAD  $20 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. No cribs are available.

COVID
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. In order to protect the safety of guests and staff, certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable.
Food and beverage services continue to be available. However, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), only one guest party may dine at one time. We’re pretty relaxed about breakfast time, so it has been working well.

    When using our website, we also collect information automatically, some of which may be personal data. This includes data such as language settings, IP address, location, device settings, device OS, log information, time of usage, URL requested, status report, user agent (information about the browser version), operating system, result (viewer or booker), browsing history, user Booking ID, and type of data viewed. We may also collect data automatically through cookies.

    We use your personal data for the following purposes:
  • A. Reservations: We use your personal data to complete and administer your online reservation.
  • B. Customer Service: We use your personal data to provide customer service.
  • C. Guest Reviews: We may use your contact data to invite you by email to write a guest review after your stay. This can help other travelers to pick the accommodations that suits them best. If you submit a guest review, your review may be published on our website.
  • D. Connectivity Activities: We also use your data for marketing activities, as permitted by law. Where we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes (e.g. commercial newsletters and marketing communications on new products and services or other offers we think may be of interest to you), we include an unsubscribe link that you can use if you do not want us to send messages in the future.
  • E. Other Communications: There may be other times when we contact you by email, mail, phone, or texting, depending on the contact data you share with us. There could be a number of reasons for this:
  1. Responses We may need to respond to and handle requests you’ve made.
  2. Incomplete reservations If you haven’t finalized a reservation online, we may email you a reminder to continue with your reservation. We believe this additional service is useful to you because it allows you to carry on with a reservation without having to search for the accommodation again or filling in all the reservation details from scratch.
  3. Questionnaire or to Ask for a Review When you use our services, we may send you a questionnaire or invite you to provide a review about your experience with our website. We believe this additional service is useful to you and to us, as we will be able to improve our website based on your feedback.
  4.  Security, Fraud Detection, and Prevention: We use the information, which may include personal data, in order to prevent fraud and other illegal or infringing activities.
